Website for experienced employee engagement consultancy

Once the brand identity had been approved, attention turned to designing a website that showcased the consultancy as a leader in the employee engagement field. It was also important to

convey their ability of taking a strategic business approach and coupling it to practical common-sense delivery.



Unusually the client requested that they didn’t want photographic imagery on the website. Therefore the typography, bright colour palette and uncluttered white background

were used to successfully express the dynamic personality of the founding director and experience of all the directors and associates.

Brand identity for experienced employee engagement consultancy

Sam Harrop Associates helps organisations communicate more effectively, enabling them to deliver their business strategy and make change happen. They work with large blue-chip organisations through to small businesses and individuals. They include: M&S, BOC, Lloyds TSB, Schlumberger and Centrica.

Studio Stanley was chosen to create a brand identity that would reflect their experience and differentiate them from other employee engagement consultancies.



We spent time with the client understanding their business, clients and competitors. We came to the conclusion that, given the experience of the team and their associates, and their practical, hand-ons approach, a bold visual identity suited

their personality. A target symbol was chosen to suggest the focused approach of the consultancy to understand their clients’ requirements and then deliver appropriate and cost-effective solutions.
